建立医用硬性内窥镜畸变的评定基础和方法,用视轴对称的球面Z视场为模型来模拟体腔凹面特征,以建立内窥镜物像共轭的分析基础;运用光学原理并结合ISO9039:1994“光学和光学仪器光学系统质量评价———畸变的测定”的定义原则,并根据理论畸变的临床要求确定畸变定义;采用主光线追迹原理推导不同球面Z形状的畸变换算通式。创立了医用硬性内窥镜以单位相对畸变表述的定义和表达式,并导出变换视场面的畸变换算通用公式和测试方法。本文建立的畸变评定基础和方法适用于医用硬性内窥镜的标准应用。 相似文献

The procedure for automating the method of sample preparation by solid-phase extraction prior to the HPLC analysis of polyphenolic compounds in sherry wine is described. This method consists of two stages, the first being sample preconcentration and cleaning using a C18 cartridge and the second fractionation using a SAX anion exchanger. The first direct application of the method, using a semi-flexible robot system, did not produce satisfactory results, thus requiring a series of modifications and optimization of the variables inherent in the device itself. The automated method as modified produced considerable improvements over the manual method with respect to the recovery and repeatability values obtained with the different polyphenolic species used in its optimization. Subsequent testing of the method with real samples of sherry wine proved its applicability for tracking the evolution of polyphenolic species in wine. 相似文献

Summary Human erythrocytes were labelled with nitroxide, the spin label SYNVAR 101, under various experimental conditions. A study
was made of the influence of antireductants on the labelling efficiency and the kinetics of the radical decay during the labelling
process. The antireductant hydrogen peroxide was effective in suppressing the decay, whereas ferricyanide was not very effective
in this role. The nitroxide radical concentration in a nondialyzed plasma suspension of spin-labelled erythrocytes continuously
decayed exponentially with a time constant of 35 min. Nitroxide radicals in nondialyzed plasma exhibited a similar decay to
a final residual value which was small relative to the initial concentration. Dialyzing the plasma raised the residual concentration
to three quarters of the initial value without changing the decay time.
Riassunto Eritrociti umani sono marcati con ossido di azoto, il marchio di spin SYNVAR 101, in varie condizioni sperimentali. Si è fatto uno studio dell’influenza degli agenti antiriducenti sulla capacità di marcare e sulla cinetica del decadimento dei radicali durante il processo di marcatura. Il perossido d’idrogeno antiriducente era efficacie nel sopprimere il decadimento, mentre il ferrocianuro non era molto efficacie in questo roulo. La concentrazione dei radicali dell’ossido di azoto in una sospensione di plasma non dializzato degli eritrociti marcati secondo lo spin decade continuamente in maniera esponenziale con una costante di tempo di 35 min. I radicali dell’ossido di azoto nel plasma non dializzato esibiscono un decadimento simile al valore residuo finale che era piccolo in relazione alla concentrazione iniziale. Dializzare il plasma aumenta la concentrazione residua a tre quarti del valore iniziale senza cambiare il tempo di decadimento.

Implantable medical devices (IMDs) are susceptible to microbial adhesion and biofilm formation, which lead to several clinical complications, including the occurrence of implant-associated infections. Polylactic acid (PLA) and its composites are currently used for the construction of IMDs. In addition, chitosan (CS) is a natural polymer that has been widely used in the medical field due to its antimicrobial and antibiofilm properties, which can be dependent on molecular weight (Mw). The present study aims to evaluate the performance of CS-based surfaces of different Mw to inhibit bacterial biofilm formation. For this purpose, CS-based surfaces were produced by dip-coating and the presence of CS and its derivatives onto PLA films, as well surface homogeneity were confirmed by contact angle measurements, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The antimicrobial activity of the functionalized surfaces was evaluated against single- and dual-species biofilms of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Chitosan-based surfaces were able to inhibit the development of single- and dual-species biofilms by reducing the number of total, viable, culturable, and viable but nonculturable cells up to 79%, 90%, 81%, and 96%, respectively, being their activity dependent on chitosan Mw. The effect of CS-based surfaces on the inhibition of biofilm formation was corroborated by biofilm structure analysis using confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM), which revealed a decrease in the biovolume and thickness of the biofilm formed on CS-based surfaces compared to PLA. Overall, these results support the potential of low Mw CS for coating polymeric devices such as IMDs where the two bacteria tested are common colonizers and reduce their biofilm formation. 相似文献

Smoke taint in wine is thought to be caused by smoke-derived volatile phenols (VPs) that are absorbed into grape tissues, trapped as conjugates that are imperceptible by smell, and subsequently released into wines as their free odor-active forms via metabolism by yeasts during fermentation. Blocking VP uptake into grapes would, therefore, be an effective way for vineyards to protect ripening grape crops exposed to smoke. Here, we re-evaluated a biofilm that had previously shown promise in pilot studies in reducing levels of smoke-derived VPs. A suite of nine free and acid-labile VPs were quantitated in Pinot Noir grapes that had been exposed to smoke after being coated with the biofilm one, seven or 14 days earlier. In contrast with earlier studies, our results demonstrated that in all cases, the biofilm treatments led to increased concentrations of both free and total VPs in smoke-exposed grapes, with earlier applications elevating concentrations of some VPs more than the later time points. Tracking VP concentrations through the grape ripening process demonstrated that some (phenol, p/m-cresol, and guaiacol) were not entirely sequestered in grapes as acid-labile conjugates, suggesting the presence of VP storage forms beyond simple glycosides. Free VPs in grapes, though a minor portion of the total, most clearly correlated with concentrations present in the resulting wines. Finally, red table grapes, available year round, were observed to replicate the effects of the biofilm treatments and were capable of transforming most VPs into acid-labile conjugates in under 24 h, indicating that they might be an effective model for rapidly assessing smoke-taint prophylactic products in the laboratory. 相似文献

With the ever-increasing advancements in analytical platforms, research into spectroscopic methods is thriving as they offer a powerful tool for rapid wine authentication. In particular, spectroscopic techniques have been identified as a user-friendly and economical alternative to traditional analyses involving more complex instrumentation that may not readily be deployable in an industry setting. Chemometrics plays an indispensable role in the interpretation and modelling of spectral data and is frequently used in conjunction with spectroscopy for sample classification. The quality of foods has led researchers to use various analytical methods to determine the amounts of principal food constituents; some of them are the NMR techniques with a multivariate statistical analysis (NMR-MSA). The present work introduces a set of NMR-MSA novelties. First, the use of a double pulsed-field-gradient echo (DPFGE) experiment with a refocusing band-selective uniform response pure-phase selective pulse for the selective excitation of a 5–10-ppm range of wine samples reveals novel broad 1H resonances. Second, an NMR-MSA foodomics approach to discriminate between wine samples produced from the same Cabernet Sauvignon variety fermented with different yeast strains proposed for large-scale alcohol reductions. Third a comparative study between a nonsupervised Principal Component Analysis (PCA), supervised standard partial (PLS-DA), and sparse (sPLS-DA) least squares discriminant analysis, as well as orthogonal projections to a latent structures discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA), for obtaining holistic fingerprints. The MSA discriminated between different Cabernet Sauvignon fermentation schemes and juice varieties (apple, apricot, and orange) or juice authentications (puree, nectar, concentrated, and commercial juice fruit drinks). The new pulse sequence DPFGE demonstrated an enhanced sensitivity in the aromatic zone of wine samples, allowing a better application of different unsupervised and supervised multivariate statistical analysis approaches. 相似文献
